Master Trainers is an Australian brand creating premium, custom-printed binders and high-quality binder tags designed for serious TCG collectors.
What are binder tags used for?
Binder tags help collectors quickly identify sets, eras or collections at a glance without the need for damaging your binders with stickers or labels. They attach cleanly to your binder zip and provide a professional, organised finish to your collection.
Do your binder tags fit all binders?
Our binder tags are designed to fit all binders with a zipper. If your zip does not have a hole on the end of it, the cotton string will fit easily through the base of the zip.
Are your products officially licensed?
No. Master Trainers is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon or The Pokémon Company. Our products are designed for collectors and inspired by the TCG hobby.
Do you offer custom or personalised designs?
For binders, absolutely! Check our our Custom Printed Binder page for more info. Unfortunately at this stage, we can not do one-off custom designs for binder tags.
How long does shipping take?
Orders for binder tags are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Printed binders are made-to-order and have an estimated production time of 8-10 buisiness days.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Master Trainers now ships Worldwide. If for whatever reason your location is not available to ship to when checking out, please let us know so we can rectify the issue for you.
