Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship Australia-wide using tracked postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number and size of items in your order.

Orders with 1–14 zip pulls are shipped in an a5 mailing box.

Orders with 15+ zip pulls are shipped in small or medium prepaid satchels or small boxes.
Australian Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order products, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.
We do not offer split shipments for mixed orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.
If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order products will be listed in the product description. These are estimates and subject to change.

We ship internationally.
