At Master Trainers, we take pride in the quality of our products and work hard to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Proof of purchase is required

Clear photos or a description of the issue must be provided
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you will be offered a replacement, in the instance your item can not be replaced, a refund to the original payment method will be made.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To lodge a return or refund request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. If you believe you have placed an order incorrectly, contact us immediately — while changes cannot be guaranteed, we will try to assist where possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty.
If a return is approved due to a fault, we may provide a prepaid return label or cover reasonable return postage costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative if preferred.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are:

Altered

Damaged after delivery

Returned without proof of fault

are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
